Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new opportunities through strategic market engagement and direct outreach. The successful candidate will help lay the groundwork for new partnerships and revenue streams by effectively connecting with prospects and positioning the company’s offerings.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in industries such as real estate design, commercial interiors, construction-related fields, technology solutions, or workplace strategy consulting. The role focuses on utilizing strong prospecting and engagement skills to create meaningful connections with potential clients and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in prospecting processes for new opportunities in the Greater Toronto Area
  • Develop and build sales volume and revenue to sustainable levels within new accounts
  • Analyze markets for competitively held customers and maintain a list of target corporate accounts
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to hand off qualified end-user opportunities
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product lines, including newly introduced items
  • Identify and source prospect targets through various channels, including:
  • Online databases
  • Construction permits
  • Networked leads from industry partners
  • Vertical campaigns
  • Past customers and lost opportunities
  • Execute multi-touch call campaigns to prospects
  • Utilize CRM software to efficiently organize notes and next steps with prospects


Qualifications

  • College Diploma or University Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with prospects and build relationships at all levels.
  • A self-starter with a proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Highly resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in delivering presentations.
  • High energy and enthusiasm for engaging new clients and achieving goals.
