On behalf of our entrepreneurial client, we are in search of candidates at a Director Level who embodies visionary leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to serve as a genuine business partner, propelling the organization to new heights. Please note, we are seeking candidates at a Director level however the internal title for the role will be Snr HR Business Partner. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. Strategic Business Partnership:The chosen candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, offering expert counsel on HR matters that are integral to driving business success. Building and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders will be pivotal, ensuring an in-depth understanding of their needs while aligning HR initiatives with strategic objectives.

2. Consultative Approach: This role demands a proactive problem-solving approach and a consultative disposition by nature. The Director will delve deep into organizational challenges, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and crafting innovative solutions that elevate employee engagement, performance, and satisfaction.

3. Leadership and Coaching: This is an individual contributor role however the successful candidate will mentor, and inspire the HR team members, driving them to deliver outstanding results. Cultivating a culture of continuous learning and development is vital, ensuring that HR professionals thrive in their roles and make significant contributions to the company's overall triumph.

4. Overseeing all facets of HR, working closely with talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, and HR compliance, is a primary responsibility. As a successful candidate you will be tasked with ensuring that HR practices align seamlessly with industry best practices and legal mandates.


**Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on strategic business partnership and consulting.

3. A demonstrable track record of leading HR initiatives that drive business outcomes and enhance organizational performance.

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, exemplifying an ability to establish robust relationships at all levels of the organization.

5. Profound leadership and coaching abilities, coupled with a genuine zeal for nurturing talent.

6. Expert knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
