Architecture & Pre-Sales:

The most successful candidates will bring experience in security framework architecture and pre-sales activities including client presentations, document writing (Statements of Work, technical documentation, etc.), workshop facilitation, amongst other activities.


Engineering & Project Delivery:

Working with AMTRA’s Senior Architects, you will balance multiple project deliverables for our awesome clients, who represent a wide array of industries. You will act as a reliable security subject matter expert and our clients will count on you to deliver as you help guide their security strategy and subsequent projects.


AMTRA’s internal team will also rely on your experience and expertise; our Managed Services team will bring escalations to you as required. It is imperative that you can collaborate with our internal stakeholders, take direction, and then run with deliverables to get them across the finish line.


In this role you will:

  • Participate in Security solution development and deployment activities as it relates to the Proposals and SoW’s AMTRA puts forward.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
  • Implement security products and configurations for new and existing clients through project teamwork.
  • Perform risk assessments and analyze results to write formal findings reports that support client needs.
  • Stay current with industry advancements and Microsoft product evolutions.
  • Nice-to-have:
  • Provide expertise in security pre-sales activities by speaking knowledgably to customer requirements.
  • Effectively communicate security topics at all levels of our client’s organizations with easy-to-understand language and concepts.
  • Create documentation such as Proposals, Statements of Work, technical documentation, recommendations documents, etc.


Experience & Knowledge You Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting major enterprise clients as a Security Architect / Engineer, promoting security best practices and staying on top of common/emerging security threats.
  • Demonstrated experience in the following areas of expertise: Threat Assessments & Modeling, IT Security Standards, Identity Management, Privacy and Risk Management, Client Information Protection, Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring, Risk Assessments, Infrastructure Security.
  • Deep domain expertise of Microsoft security solutions including Microsoft PRIVA and Purview experience.
  • You’re known for delivering amazing client experiences.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with enterprise and technical infrastructure design methodologies as well as datacenter architectures and automation.
  • An extensive understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance; You’ve built security governance plans and established security best-practices and procedures.
  • A background in enterprise and technical architecture design.

Certifications:

As a Microsoft Partner, you bet we take certifications seriously. Candidates holding active Microsoft Security certifications will be prioritized; examples include:

  • Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect – SC-100
  • Microsoft Security Operations Analyst Associate – SC-200
  • Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator Associate – SC-300
  • Microsoft Information Protection Administrator Associate – SC-400
  • Microsoft 365 Security Administration – MS-500


It is expected that all AMTRA employees complete at least two (2) assigned Microsoft Certifications per year.
