At Softchoice, we're seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our team and help our customers transform their business for the hybrid-cloud era. As a key member of our sales team, you'll work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and design solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Articulate the possibilities of Microsoft Workplace and help customers achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop solutions that meet customer needs
  • Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions to enable secure collaboration and productivity
  • Represent Softchoice as an ambassador of our brand and values
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in technology, with a focus on services pre-sales or post-sales
  • Foundation-level training in Microsoft 365 technologies, with a desire to develop expertise in secondary technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
