The Opportunity:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of our PB&F team and play a crucial role in strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing financial reports, identifying process improvement opportunities, and providing analytical support for special projects and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to increase financial performance and drive high-impact initiatives.

Success Criteria & Deliverables:

  • Hands-on involvement with month-end close within 3 months
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Effectively communicate financial insights to cross-functional teams
  • Experience with financial modelling and forecasting techniques
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to support decision-making


What We Need From You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion)
  • Professional designations (CFA, CPA) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, VBA, and related tools is highly desirable


Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Leading financial planning and analysis with regional business partners
  • Collaborating on planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles
  • Driving high-impact strategic and operational initiatives
  • Providing financial insights to support decision making
  • Conducting financial modeling and analysis to support business initiatives


Financial Reporting:

  • Preparing and distributing financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary
  • Ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX regulations
  • Conducting technical accounting research and documenting internal controls
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting


Process and Strategy:

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing efficiency enhancements
  • Participating in projects to automate processes and increase efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and identify optimization opportunities
