Nous recherchons un(e) coordonnateur(trice) marketing et médias sociaux pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le candidat idéal aura pour mission de gérer et coordonner différents projets marketing et sur les réseaux sociaux. Dans ce rôle, vous collaborerez étroitement avec le responsable de marque et l’équipe graphique pour concrétiser l’image de la marque. Vous jouerez un rôle clé en fournissant aux équipes de soutien toutes les informations nécessaires pour exécuter les projets sur les divers canaux de la marque. Le poste inclut aussi l’organisation et la gestion des échantillons saisonniers, ainsi que l’appui à l’équipe pour les projets de marketing créatifs. Vous serez en contact avec les différentes équipes pour recueillir les informations essentielles à ces projets.


Le/la candidat(e) devra avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication et relationnelles, un grand souci du détail, et être capable de gérer plusieurs projets à la fois. Une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques est indispensable, et une passion ou un intérêt pour le cyclisme serait un plus Si vous êtes organisé(e), proactif(ve) et aimez résoudre des problèmes, nous serions heureux de vous rencontrer


Responsabilités :


  • Coordonner et gérer les projets marketing assignés par la direction.
  • Organiser les échantillons et fournir les informations nécessaires pour les séances photo, incluant l’emballage, le déballage, le défroissage et le transport des sacs de vêtements.
  • Assurer la coordination et le soutien avec les designers graphiques/produits, les rédacteurs, et répondre aux demandes de l’équipe immédiate et des autres départements selon les besoins du projet.
  • Recueillir les informations nécessaires auprès des différentes équipes pour appuyer divers projets.
  • Gérer les tâches marketing quotidiennes, de l’organisation et du renommage des images à la coordination des envois d’échantillons.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe pour créer le calendrier des médias sociaux.
  • Superviser et gérer tous les canaux de médias sociaux de la marque.
  • Publier le contenu sur tous les canaux.
  • Contribuer au développement et à la gestion de la stratégie de marketing sur les réseaux sociaux et pour les campagnes de marketing d’influence.


Exigences :


  • Diplôme universitaire en Marketing, Branding, Publicité, Marketing de la Mode.
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de projet.
  • Bonne compréhension des médias sociaux.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Sens aigu du détail et de la qualité.
  • Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés.

Marketing and Social Media Coordinator


We are looking for a marketing and social media coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various marketing and social projects in different capacities. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the brand manager and graphic teams to bring brand marketing initiatives to life. The individual will play a key role in ensuring supporting teams have all the necessary information to execute across all brand channels. The role also involves the organization and preparation of seasonal samples as well as supporting the team in the execution of marketing and creative projects. Liaising cross-functionally to gather information is a required task in order to execute creative outputs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient computer skills are mandatory, and a passion for, or familiarity with, cycling would be a major plus If you are a proactive problem solver and have a knack for organization, we would love to hear from you.


Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and manage marketing projects as provided by management
  • Organize samples, and support with sample info for photoshoots (this requires packing/unpacking, hanging, steaming and lifting of garment bags)
  • Coordinate and support based on project needs with graphic/ product designers, copywriters, and asks from the immediate and/or cross-functional team
  • Gather necessary information cross-functionally to support various projects
  • Manage various marketing tasks on the daily from organizing and renaming imagery to coordinating sample shipment
  • Collaborate with team to create social media calendar
  • Monitor and manage all social media channels for the brand
  • Execute posting across channels
  • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, advertising, Fashion Marketing
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Solid understanding of Social Media
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
