We are seeking a skilled Strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving our social media efforts with a clear focus on growth and performance.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts, with a successful track record in growing engagement and brand presence.

You will prioritize delivering measurable results across all platforms, ensuring each post, interaction, and campaign contributes to engagement, visibility, and business growth.

Your primary objective will be to maximize social media's impact as a tool for achieving our broader performance goals.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Strategies: Develop, implement, and refine B2B social media strategies to drive engagement, grow our audience, and achieve measurable business outcomes on a global scale.
  2. Engagement, Community Management, and Social Intelligence: Lead the daily management of our social media communities, ensuring active engagement and fostering meaningful interactions that align with our business goals.
  3. Customer Perspective: Identify LinkedIn profiles that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and personas, analyzing their engagement patterns and interactions to uncover interests, preferences, and relevant engagement triggers.
  4. Competitor Perspective: Conduct page-level competitive analysis to determine which types of posts drive engagement, using these insights to refine our content approach and enhance our competitive positioning.
  5. Sales Enablement Through Social Media: Develop a social media toolkit, including LinkedIn best practices, to equip the sales team with effective tools and strategies.
  6. Performance Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content, designing and sustaining useful dashboards and/or reports for different stakeholders.
  7. Collaborative Support: Ensure that social media efforts are fully aligned with broader campaign goals and strategic objectives, providing feedback and support where necessary.
  8. Brand Consistency and Adaptation: Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms while adapting messaging to fit platform-specific dynamics and audience expectations.
  9. Trend Monitoring and Tactical Innovation: Stay informed about the latest social media trends and emerging platforms, suggesting and implementing new tactics that can be integrated into ongoing campaigns or content strategies.

What You Will Need

  1. Proven Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts, with a successful track record in growing engagement and brand presence.
  2. Bilingual Communication: Fluent in English and French, with strong communication skills in both languages, enabling effective content creation and engagement.

Compensation

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
