Position Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with deep knowledge of the crypto space, including trends, terminology, and the unique culture of the crypto community. You will play a key role in driving our social media strategy, building brand awareness, and engaging with our growing audience of crypto enthusiasts and professionals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Crypto-Centric Strategy Development: Craft and execute a social media strategy that resonates with the crypto community and aligns with Helium Deploy’s goals.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging and crypto-savvy content (text, images, videos, and graphics) tailored to platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Community Engagement: Actively interact with followers, participate in discussions, and respond to comments and inquiries in a way that builds trust and loyalty within the crypto community.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted campaigns, including product launches, giveaways, and partnerships with influencers in the crypto space.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on crypto industry developments, emerging platforms, and cultural trends to keep Helium Deploy relevant and ahead of the curve.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and designers to ensure consistent branding and messaging.


Qualifications

  • Crypto Knowledge: Proficient in crypto terminology, culture, and trends, with a proven ability to engage with the community authentically.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally in the crypto, tech, or e-commerce industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategy improvements.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience collaborating with influencers or managing influencer campaigns.
  • Basic design or video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Familiarity with crypto mining hardware and blockchain technologies.
