Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and forecasts to monitor key sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Support sales team with ad-hoc analysis, reporting and customer presentations
  • Process and record orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to validate pricing and customer promotions assumptions
  • Attend forecasting and demand planning meetings to align future volume utilizing customer sell-thru data
  • Collaborate with sales, brokers, marketing and executive management teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving customer velocities, in collaboration with the sales & marketing teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar role within the CPG industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SPINS, IRI/ Nielsen, Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Excellent level proficiency with Microsoft Suite, and a power user in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and retail trends in the CPG sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage market share position and promote Konscious Foods as a leader in the industry
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Analytics within the food industry
  • Strong understanding of product positioning and competitive market conditions
  • Performs other duties as required
