ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Fièra Cosmetics, you'll play an integral role in supporting our graphic design efforts and helping shape the visual identity of our brand. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our senior designers, gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a variety of creative projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist senior designers in creating visually compelling assets for digital and print media, including paid ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, website elements, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ad concepts and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity and objectives.
  • Support the design team in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Contribute creative ideas and solutions to design challenges, while also learning from experienced designers and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and related fields.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a related role, with a strong passion for creativity and design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Basic understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow as a designer.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Education and/or experience in conversion focused web design is considered an asset but not required.
