**L'OPPORTUNITÉ**

En tant que Gestionnaire design graphique, vous dirigerez une équipe de deux personnes, définirez et mettrez en œuvre un outil de gestion des actifs numériques et transformerez nos messages en une histoire visuelle convaincante qui captivera le public et fera avancer notre mission. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes de marketing, de produits et d'ingénierie afin d'assurer la cohérence de l'aspect et de la convivialité à travers tous les points de contact, garantissant ainsi une expérience mémorable et cohérente de la marque.

**À PROPOS DU RÔLE**
- Affiner et mettre en œuvre une identité de marque distincte qui communique efficacement notre proposition de valeur et s'aligne sur la vision de notre entreprise.
- Concevoir un contenu visuel attrayant pour le matériel numérique et imprimé, y compris le site Web, les médias sociaux, les campagnes de courrier électronique, l'emballage des produits, les présentations et le matériel événementiel.
- Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour créer des interfaces de produits visuellement attrayantes et efficaces, garantissant une expérience utilisateur transparente.
- Gérer et encadrer une équipe de graphistes, en leur fournissant des conseils et un retour d'information constructif afin d'améliorer leurs compétences et leurs résultats.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances et des meilleures pratiques du secteur, en repoussant sans cesse les limites pour que notre marque reste à la pointe de l'innovation.

**À PROPOS DE VOUS**
- Bilingue (français et anglais) ;
- Baccalauréat en design graphique, en arts visuels, en communication visuelle ou dans un domaine connexe ;
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en conception graphique, avec un accent sur l'image de marque, les médias numériques et imprimés ;
- Une carrière couronnée de succès, avec des responsabilités et un leadership progressifs dans la gestion d'une équipe de concepteurs ;
- Maîtrise d'Adobe Creative Suite, notamment Photoshop, Illustrator et InDesign ;
- Il est souhaitable d'avoir une bonne compréhension du graphisme de mouvement, de l'animation et de la conception en 3D. Connaissance d'After Effects et de Premiere Pro ;
- Solide compréhension des principes de conception UI/UX ;
- Une attention exceptionnelle aux détails et un sens aigu de l'esthétique ;
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication, de collaboration et de gestion de projet ;
- Passion pour le développement durable et l'industrie des véhicules électriques.
