We are a remote-first company, and while our team is distributed, we are currently seeking a talented and driven Web and Graphic Design Specialist based in Canada to join our growing team.

This individual will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our content and web strategy.

Responsibilities:

Web Design and Management:
- Design, develop, and manage the Quill and CoHost websites, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and user-friendly experience across all platforms.
- Regularly update website content to reflect current marketing campaigns, product updates, and client wins.

Graphic Design:
- Create compelling visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email marketing templates, whitepapers/reports, and promotional materials.
- Develop brand assets such as logos, brand guidelines, and other corporate identity elements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute digital designs that align with campaign goals and brand standards.
- Partner with product development teams to contribute to the design and user experience of the CoHost platform.

Creative Direction:
- Bring innovative design ideas to the table, experimenting with new concepts and technologies to push the brands’ visual narrative forward.
- Maintain and evolve the visual brand language for both Quill and CoHost, ensuring consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints.

Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, working within timelines and budget constraints.

Skills:

Professional Experience:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both areas.

Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in design software (Webflow, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms).

Creative Flair:
- Exceptional creativity, an innovative approach to web and graphic design, and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration:
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying design concepts and strategies to non-design stakeholders.

Project Management:
- Solid project management abilities, able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage projects independently.

Flexibility and Adaptability:
- Open to exploring other areas of interest at the company, such as product design and development, demonstrating an adaptable mindset.

Location:
- Based in Canada, comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team.
