The Marketing Account Manager is considered a leadership role within our growing marketing agency. You will support in the development of a team of marketing professionals to deliver ROI-driven digital advertising campaigns to a large portfolio of clients in the health/wellness/beauty clinic space. This role owns the full client experience, team management, and campaign results/growth. You have remarkable project management skills and are comfortable building and leading a department that is experiencing rapid growth.

At Cultivate, Marketing Account Managers know they are responsible for client success. Your team will deliver exceptional campaign results that will directly impact and grow the revenue of a client's business.

A typical day for the Marketing Account Manager would involve:

  • High-touch collaboration and direction of internal teams to optimize digital advertising campaigns.
  • Client communication with daily, weekly and monthly video calls/in-person meetings; successfully navigating sophisticated marketing discussions with business owners
  • Managing client projects end-to-end (strategy, research, data analysis, keyword research, conceptualizing ad copy/graphics, optimization ideas, pulling/presenting report) with team support from our graphic designers, digital ad managers and web developers.
  • Evaluating active/past campaigns, developing insights from data and recommendations for improving strategy
  • Achieving client retention and profitability targets
  • Creating and building out more efficient agency processes/tools
  • Contributing at a leadership level to the vision and culture of our agency

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 6+ years of successful client strategy and service record for an agency, managing multiple key accounts.
  • Verifiable results/case studies in managing teams to build and deliver high ROI lead generation campaigns in Google and Facebook/Instagram advertising platforms.
  • Exceptional project management and time management skills with ability to multi-task and support a team on multiple brand deliverables simultaneously.
  • Capable of instilling confidence with clients - stellar communication skills.
  • Excellent business and digital marketing acumen.
