Adecco Professional has been hired by our client to fill a high-volume Bilingual Recruiter job opening in Canada and is active on their search. They are looking for an experienced Recruiter who has experience hiring volume temporary/contract talent for open requisitions across Canada – these recruits can vary from skilled trades, general labour, inside/outside sales, administration – this will not include IT recruitment. This Bilingual Recruiter job opening is a full-time, temporary position starting immediately and ongoing with potential to become something more permanent as well. Please note that while this is a remote working position, you must reside in Canada, preference of Ontario but be able to work EST time zone hours.


For this Bilingual Recruiter job opening in Canada, some of your job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:


  • Facilitate end to end recruitment for a large volume of talent for roles such as skilled trades, general labour, inside/outside sales, administration and more across Canada
  • Coordinate all aspects of recruitment from job advertisements, sourcing, interviewing, reference and any applicable background checks, etc.
  • Generate and utilize various recruiting sources and your existing network to uncover talent.
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal staff to determine hiring needs, coordinate any meetings, drive the process etc.
  • Track the hires and ensure all required documents/paperwork/compliance is obtained and accurate.
  • Other duties as assigned.


To be considered for the Bilingual Recruiter job opening in Canada, candidates selected for consideration will meet the following minimum requirements:


  • At least 2 years of successful high-volume in-house or agency recruitment experience; end to end experience is required
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office while experienced in Workday HCM or Workday Recruitment ATS
  • Knowledge of the ESA and ensure all laws are adhered to during the recruitment/hiring process.
  • Excellent bilingual communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written in English AND French is mandatory.
  • Someone who take pride in ability to recruit top talent and who is motivated on results
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting with various deadlines
  • Self-driven and a team player; creative and outgoing
