Our client are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to spearhead business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue expansion in a global, fast-evolving market.

As Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's commercial strategy. Your focus will be on driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening client relationships across the mining industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and deliver innovative solutions to clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities;
Develop and execute global commercial strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the mining industry.
Identify new market opportunities and drive go-to-market initiatives for innovative mining solutions.
Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial terms to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure offerings align with industry needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
