As the HR Generalist at our Windsor plant, reporting directly to the Regional HR Manager, you will be key in shaping our workforce during a crucial phase of growth and transformation.


What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary HR liaison for employees and management
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Dayforce (HRIS)
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with plant management to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Identify training needs and support employee development programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assist in performance evaluation systems, supporting managers in conducting performance reviews and developmental planning.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics, providing insightful reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Address employee concerns at the operational level, maintaining open communication and fostering positive relations.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Monitor compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Who You Are:
