Position Description

Eneon is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Coordinator - Technical Services to support the commissioning, maintenance, and operations of our BESS installations throughout North America. The ideal candidate will excel in project coordination, client relationship management, and process optimization to ensure the seamless functioning and maximum performance of our energy storage systems.


Key responsibilities include:

· Assisting in coordinating the commissioning, maintenance, and operations of Eneon’s BESS installations across North America.

· Maintaining and updating the commissioning and preventative maintenance schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution.

· Scheduling and providing general direction to subcontractors.

· Creating, maintaining, and tracking progress of punch list and deficiency items.

· Reviewing and updating existing procedures to align with best practices and industry standards.

· Implementing process improvement tools and techniques to eliminate waste and optimize workflow.

· Coordinating the shipment, delivery and tracking of parts and materials.

· Keeping detailed and accurate reports of commissioning, maintenance, and operational activities.

· Organizing and providing revision control and storage and transmittals for the distribution of documentation.

· Creating progress logs, delivery estimates, and status reports on assigned duties/tasks.

· Attesting supplier timesheets and invoices for accuracy.

· Tracking and reporting on costs incurred to the projects.


Required Qualifications

· 4-8 years of work experience in any role directly related to the Key Responsibilities

· A diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with focus on engineering or project management.

· Prior experience working with energy storage devices, electrical systems, mechanical systems considered an asset

· Demonstrated oral and written communication abilities.

· Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines, and time management techniques.

· Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills in order to thrive in a diverse work environment.

· Able to manage people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.

· Effective attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

· Capable of maintaining a high level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability.

· Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
