Sr. CRM Campaign Analyst

We are seeking a Senior CRM Campaign Analyst to join our CRM team overseeing Canada, Iberia and Latin America (CILA). Reporting to the CILA head of CRM and to the future Head of CRM Intelligence, this Senior Analyst will focus on our Canadian brands and will execute data analysis on our campaign and player bonus spending to identify opportunities for improvement and define our future bonus strategy.
This Senior Analyst will also be instrumental in driving the creation of predictive data models that can help us anticipate our players behaviors – and react accordingly and will partner with the campaign execution teams to analyze the uplift of selected campaigns and advise them on how to improve and test them.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate overall ROI of CRM initiatives, including but not limited to promotional/bonus spend, across campaign types and efforts to inform overall spending strategy for Canada and broader CILA region
- Design critical predictive data models required to inform automation and targeted spending in partnership with Data Science teams
- Collaborate with campaign owners to conduct uplift analysis and A/B testing on most important selected campaigns
- Evaluate needs of CRM teams for data visualization and analysis tools, and collaborate with Data & BI teams to drive their development
- Provide analytical support and data-backed insights to Product teams to inform the design of new features maximizing customer experience and value
- Regularly update different stakeholders, including CRM and Country leaders, with the precise information and insights to enable thought partnering and executive decision making
- Execute additional data analysis that can help better inform the overall operations of our CRM teams, such as cohort analysis to evolve customer segmentation
Specialist skill and experience
- BA or similar degree in Data Science, Advanced Analytics or Marketing Economics
- Minimum 3 three years experience evaluating campaign spending ROI and associated uplift in a B2C industry with significant promotional spending
- Completely proficient using data manipulation and BI software (e.g., SQL, PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.)
- Experienced in the design of predictive models and algorithms based on customer data insights
Preferred
- Knowledge of all key stages of B2C customer lifecycles and associated marketing activities for each
- In-depth knowledge of casino and sportsbook player behaviours, motivations, and retention drivers – either professionally or as a player yourself
Competencies / behaviours
- Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional player experiences
Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Must be based in Toronto region and authorized to work in Canada, with expectation of working in person in Toronto office 2-3 days per week (per local office guidelines)
