Job Title: Fleet Operations Coordinator

Company: Seven Generation Capital Corp. (7Gen)

Location: Based in Montreal, Quebec. Focus on Canada and US markets, supporting debt & equity financings and financial operations, and preparing for potential expansion into Europe.

Reporting to: EV Fleet Solutions Specialist


Role Overview:

7Gen is seeking a dedicated and efficient Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role supports our sales teams, oversees vehicle purchase documentation, coordinates vehicle deliveries, and ensures the seamless operation with suppliers. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across departments, to deliver unparalleled customer service, and offer operational support. By ensuring operational excellence and fostering relationships with both internal and external customers, this position is instrumental in enhancing 7Gen's market presence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales teams with operational support as necessary.
  • Manage all documentation related to vehicle purchases from dealers and schedule vehicle deliveries to customers efficiently.
  • Oversee the preparation of purchase orders and the invoicing of suppliers, ensuring prompt internal follow-up for swift processing.
  • Engage in cross-departmental collaboration to achieve financial goals, provide exceptional customer service, and operational support.
  • Support all employees within the organization to enhance the experience of internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma is required; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Work Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in fleet operations, document management, or a similar capacity.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required, as this role involves interacting with customers and stakeholders from outside Quebec.
  • Software skills: intermediate skills in spreadsheets, word processing and presentations applications
