YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Act as a mentor, coach and point of contact to a team located in different countries worldwide. Ensure continuous employee development and promote a high level of engagement through dynamic and inspiring leadership.
  • Ensures the delivery of technical support for Can-Am Off-Road, with a consistent alignment of service levels.
  • Collaborate and ensure a strong, close working partnership with key business partners and stakeholders sharing insights and trends and be recognized as the voice of the dealer favouring an outside-in mindset.
  • Be responsible for implementing innovative ways to operate the department and ensure continuous improvement on key opportunities by using analytic capabilities, change management skills and sound judgment. Provide recommendations and implement resolutions to identified opportunities.
  • Provide input on strategic alignment and vision to successfully deliver key objectives.
  • Ensure communication with different stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Assure alignment of warranty decisions and practices with company expectations in ways that contribute to its ongoing success.

  • You obsess over providing quality services and resolving difficult situations innovatively is where you shine.
  • You know how to connect the dots between product, dealer support and customer experience.
  • You are an expert in the tools and processes used to build and run a world-class support team.
  • You are a reference in communicating with different groups and understand that you are in a key position.
  • You have a technical background and experience with snowmobiles or other powersport products.
  • You have demonstrated success in building and executing internal processes, problem solving and transfer of best practices.
  • You have strong negotiation, communication, verbal and written skills.
  • You have a minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • You are strong in English, written and verbal. Other languages are an asset.
  • Previous experience in customer support management will be considered a strong asset particularly for power sports and/or automotive.
