  The Navadian CHALLENGE:
  • Follow up with customers on collection issues
  • Answer customer e-mails and manage e-mail box
  • Perform credit reviews of customer accounts
  • Open customer files in the system and perform required verifications
  • Keep customer database and location up to date in the system
  • Scan cheque deposits and post payments in the system
  • Send statements of account for all divisions as required and perform follow-ups
  • Produce various management reports
  • Manage customer credit card payment requests
  • Support team in daily tasks
  • Carry out miscellaneous requests related to operations.
  Your profile:
  • DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or finance
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in collections and accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
