YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
 

  • Manage the 7-year portfolio of ATV vehicles for all worldwide markets thanks to advanced understanding of market trends, consumer-based data and insight. The candidate’s goal will be to create an appealing overall ATV value proposition which delivers a market-leading customer experience.

  • Offer a comprehensive range of prices, options, features and overall value proposition for the ATV lineup while optimizing market penetration and BRP profitability.

  • Play a key role in the product development process to ensure the right product in the market at the right time along with product designers and engineers.

  • Communicate product positioning, features and benefits to internal and external audiences, such as our marketing and sales teams, creative agencies, media, dealers and consumers.

  • Develop business cases and volume assessments for the 7-year lineup portfolio through rigorous research and analytics in the powersports industries.

  • Convey management of projects and programs which will fuel the 7-year lineup through PowerPoint presentations and analysis.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
 

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or engineering.

  • Experience in the area of market research and/or product planning, preferably in the automotive or powersports industry.

  • At least 5 years of experience.

  • The ability to communicate in English and French.

  • Solid planning, leadership, self-initiative, analytical and innovation skills.

  • Customer driven, strategy focused.

  • The ability to understand and explain vehicle-related technical features.

  • A team player.

  • Passionate about motorized sports and/or riding.

This position is based in Valcourt, Quebec, and requires occasional travel worldwide.
