Compensation: Salary between $80-$120k (based on experience), car allowance, medical and performance based bonuses

About our client who is hiring for this position:
Evlv is currently working with a global leader in the specializing in CBM services. They are currently seeking to fill the role of Technical Sales and Business Development Specialist
About the role :
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the Company's CBM services and other comprehensive machinery condition-based monitoring services to both industrial and manufacturing clients across Canada. This candidate will play a critical role in identifying business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth by leveraging our client's advanced technology, services and expert training offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development in the industrial or manufacturing sector, preferably within reliability services, condition-based monitoring (CBM), or related fields.
- Understanding of CBM services, wireless vibration sensors, and industrial equipment reliability. Ability to quickly learn and articulate the technical benefits of the Company's solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract negotiations.
- Ability to effectively present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in selling CBM services, predictive maintenance solutions, or industrial IoT technology.
- Vibration Analysis certification Level 2 is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Canadian industrial and manufacturing market.
- Knowledge of asset management, vibration analysis, or reliability engineering is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to increase sales of CBM services, wireless vibration sensors, training and related technologies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries (manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, etc.).
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts.
- Understand client needs and challenges, and tailor the Company's solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct technical and demo presentations for potential and existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide outstanding support throughout the sales process.
