Account Manager

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will manage and grow our client relationships in the North American and Latin American markets. This role requires a combination of technical skills, strong customer relationship skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
**SPANISH SPEAKING AS FIRST LANGUAGE REQUIRED**
Responsibilities:
- Account Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts in the US, Canada, and LATAM region.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing client needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Technical Understanding: Leverage your engineering background to understand our client's technical requirements and provide guidance on product usage and best practices.
- Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive growth and maximize the value of each client relationship.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and supporting teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Performance Management: Track and report on key account metrics, including customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and renewal rates.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: English, Spanish as a mother tongue (is a must).
- Comprehensive understanding of Latin American business environments and cultural subtleties
- Technical Background: A degree in business with engineering knowledge, with a strong understanding of technical concepts.
- Customer Focus: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Relationship Management: Experience managing complex relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Given the nature of this position, the candidate must be highly available and willing to travel extensively.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology industry.
