WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
  • Stocks and organizes china, glass and cutlery for banquet services
  • Cleans equipment and stainless steel walls in the kitchen
  • Cleans dishes; removes food waste from plates, fills dishwasher and unloads dishwasher
  • Sweep and mop kitchens and storage areas
  • Maintain cleanliness of all storage areas
  • Assist Chefs with plated meals as required
