We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Bent Taco. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are sanitized and stored properly.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with dishwashing and sanitizing duties, including loading and unloading dishwashers and washing dishes by hand.
- Restock supplies and condiments in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation, including portioning and wrapping food items.
- Receive and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
