Clinic Operations Manager

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for optimizing clinic operations and delivering exceptional patient experiences? We're seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our client's clinic, ensuring smooth operations, efficient team management, and top-tier client service.

JOB SUMMARY:

As the Clinic Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, supporting clinic employees, and fostering a client-focused environment. You will oversee daily operations, staff performance, and financial management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the clinic maintains high cleanliness and operational standards.
  • Oversee performance management, training, and development of clinic employees.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize promotions and in-clinic events.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate staff training opportunities.
  • Lead team meetings and address operational improvements.
  • Work closely with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Monitor inventory levels, optimize sales, and minimize risk.
  • Oversee cash handling, deposits, and financial transactions.
  • Coordinate physician and nurse injector scheduling.
  • Analyze profit and loss (P&L) statements to drive cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Support clinic expansion initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic, customer-focused setting (e.g., for-profit healthcare or service-based industries, preferably in a clinical, dermatology, or aesthetics setting).
  • Proven leadership experience in clinic operations, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth, for-profit environment.
  • Strong background in sales and employee relations, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive team performance.
  • Track record of success in building structure, leading change, and elevating service standards.
  • Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and business growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, capable of prioritizing tasks and maintaining efficiency in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a strong understanding of business operations and financial performance.
