Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare clinic
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling
- Nurture and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring elevated levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Clinicmaster, healthcare systems, MS Office Suite
- Monitor and improve clinic processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Plan and implement office systems, procedures, procurement, and policies
- Maintain clinic facilities and equipment
- Ensure clinic protocols, processes, and procedures are adhered to
- Assist Clinic Director with medical professional team schedule
- Oversee the management of client files, including third party insurers, WSBC, and ICBC
- Oversee the scheduling and billing processes for all files and third party payers, MSP, ICBC, and WSBC
- Responsible for reconciliation of all client files
- Accounts Payable/Receivables, staff payroll, and monthly bill reconciliation in conjunction with bookkeeper
