Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at Electrofyre. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional service experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our tech-savvy customers.
This role requires someone with strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to think on their feet. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering top-notch customer service, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues related to products, orders, or shipping.
- Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information on products, order status, and policies to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Feedback and Reporting: Collect customer feedback and report on recurring issues to the management team to help improve processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Electrofyre's product offerings, policies, and technology trends to ensure that all customer interactions are informative and helpful.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touch-points.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university education in business or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the e-commerce or tech industry.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer service software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools).
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for technology and gadgets.
- Work Environment: A quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable internet access.
- Availability: Flexible availability, with the ability to work in shifts to accommodate customer needs across different time zones.
