Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Starting at 16/hr with the opportunity for an increase every 6 months.
Opportunity to earn up to **$850** in retention bonus paid between 30-120 days of start date.
At KPI Connect Ltd., the Bilingual Customer Service Agent's role is the most important job in our organization. As an individual with excellent customer service skills, you will be representing our Automotive client by calling existing customers with service appointment reminders, customer satisfaction surveys or inviting them to attend special customer appreciation events.

**REQUIRED EQUIPMENT**
- Must have own Computer with a Windows OS(**Apple OS not applicable**).
- Must have own computer headset.
- Must have High speed **WIRED** internet Service.
**REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience.
- High school Diploma or Equivalent.
- Proficient using a computer and the internet
- Excellent keyboard skills 35wpm with 90% accuracy, ability to 'talk and type'
- Clear and precise enunciation and pronunciation.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
- Ability to adhere to scheduled hours.
- Good retention skills and very detail oriented.
- Accepts constructive feedback and implements recommended changes.
- Reliable, easily trained and self-motivated.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- French and English (required)
