The Opportunity

EZ STAK is seeking a passionate, creative and energetic Marketing Manager to join the company's Marketing team, based out of our Kingston, ON or Watertown, NY office.

The successful candidate will have a strong generalist marketing management skillset with experience in large commercial product marketing. The successful candidate will also possess the ability to understand the company's target audience and tailor strategic marketing accordingly.

Digital marketing capability and competencies in marketing research and analytics are also required. The Marketing Manager will have an exciting opportunity to support the marketing team with the company's new branding and website.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Cultivate and manage MQLs (Qualified Marketing Leads) to support a well-stocked sales pipeline
  • Tightly manage QMLS in CRM
  • Conduct account-based marketing, leveraging marketing outreach to maintain engagement within the current customer base

New Product Marketing

  • Create and lead new product marketing campaigns from inception to launch
  • Develop marketing campaign strategies that resonate with the target audience through a multitude of channels

Social Media Content Creation: With a Focus on Quality Over Quantity

  • Design engaging graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms
  • Create visually appealing carousel posts, infographics and promotional ads
  • Develop motion graphics or short animations to enhance engagement
  • Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all social media visuals

Cut Sheet & Marketing Collateral Creation

  • Design and update cut sheets, product brochures, and specification sheets
  • Ensure accurate product details, dimensions and features are clearly presented
  • Work with marketing and product teams to ensure content accuracy
  • Prepare print ready files and coordinate with vendors for production

Webpage and Digital Asset Design

  • Assist in maintaining and updating web pages and landing pages for promotions, campaigns and product launches
  • Design digital banners, hero images, and product visuals for website
  • Optimize images and graphics for web performance
  • Create banners for email signatures
  • Maintain the health of the company website
  • SEO and google ads application

Photo & Video Editing

  • Edit and enhance product and event photos for market use
  • Create short videos for product showcases, company branding and social media
  • Apply animations, transitions, and visual effects to improve video storytelling
  • Ensure all multimedia assets align with brand guidelines

Brand & Design Consistency

  • Uphold the company's brand identity and integrity across all visual content
  • Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and guidelines for efficient production
  • Stay updated with design trends and technologies to keep the company's marketing fresh and competitive
  • Design effective print materials, incorporating feedback and input accordingly
  • Review all assets for accuracy, readability and quality control

Strategy, Research & Analytics

  • Conduct thorough and complete market research on industry trends, competitor trends and new product development
  • Translate marketing objectives into visually compelling content
  • Support the establishment and delivery of a robust marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing focusing on social media, lead generation and content marketing

Skills & Knowledge

  • Deep B2B and B2C Marketing experience, including lead generation and management
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills, including ability to communicate design concepts and rationale to non-marketing stakeholders
  • Experience with SEO campaigns
  • Experience with marketing research and analysis
  • High degree of creativity and innovation
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong social media skillset
  • Experience with photo and video editing tools
  • Understanding of print production and preparing files for vendors
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suites
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography and layout
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Renumeration

EZ STAK offers a robust total compensation program inclusive of benefits, RRSP or 401(k) matching, competitive base salary and bonus structure. Base salary will be commensurate with experience.
