Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Energy Advisor at MAG Solar in Edmonton, AB. As an Energy Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in understanding the benefits of solar energy and helping them make informed decisions about their energy needs. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer service, analyzing energy usage and recommending customized energy management solutions, and effectively communicating the advantages of solar energy to customers.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and explain complex energy concepts
  • Knowledge of the energy industry and an understanding of renewable energy sources
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the energy sector
  • Good understanding of energy management principles and the ability to provide tailored recommendations
  • Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Previous experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Environmental Science or Renewable Energy, is preferred
