We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a IAM Consultant in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have experience with Active Directory, Cyber Ark PIM/PAM and experience moving to Azure AD and automation of Onboarding/Offboarding processes integrated to Workday. This position involves working with technologies such as Active Directory, Cyber Ark PIM/PAM, and Azure AD.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the security of our systems to protect sensitive information and data

• Work closely with our IAM team on various projects and initiatives

• Experience with migrating to Azure AD

• Strong experience integrating AD with Workday or a similar HR platform

• Manage Active Directory and Cyber Ark PIM/PAM systems

• Assist in the transition to Azure AD, ensuring a smooth and efficient process

• Develop and update AD scripts for optimal performance

• Contribute to the automation of onboarding/offboarding processes, integrating with systems like Workday

• Utilize PowerShell scripting skills to optimize existing scripts

• Maintain strict access control to ensure only authorized individuals have access to certain information

• Monitor and manage firewall technologies to protect our systems from threats.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience as an IAM Expert or in a similar role

• Proficient in Access Control, Cisco Technologies, and Database management

• Comprehensive understanding of Firewall Technologies and Active Directory

• Demonstrated experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

• Strong experience with Workday Integration or a similar HR Platform

• Proficiency in PowerShell Scripting is a must

• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory is required

• Experience in onboarding processes and systems

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system security issues

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate complex security issues to stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team

• Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
