We are looking for a Supply Agent for one of our customers in the entertainment and visual creation sector.

Responsibilities :
- Creation of requisitions and purchase orders
- Credit card reconciliation
- Billing follow-up
- Assistance with buyers
- Assistance to manager (appointments, calendar)
- Order follow-up
Qualifications required:

- AEC in procurement or other relevant degree
- Relevant experience in a similar position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent writing skills;
- Good knowledge of office automation and software commonly used in office work (word processing, spreadsheet, database, etc.);
- ERP experience;
- Fluency in written and spoken French to be able to communicate with internal and external customers;
