Senior Supply Chain Specialist at Ewool Ewool is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist with experience  building, structuring, and leading supply chain operations . As we scale, we need someone who has successfully  managed supply chains for large-scale retailers like Costco, Walmart, and other key accounts , ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and audit readiness.
Build and Lead Supply Chain Operations – Develop and implement a  scalable supply chain to support business growth.
Procurement & Supplier Management – Negotiate and manage supplier relationships to secure quality materials at competitive costs.
Inventory & Demand Planning – Forecast demand and optimize stock levels to ensure availability for retail and direct-to-consumer channels.
Logistics & Distribution – Oversee warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment, ensuring  on-time, cost-efficient deliveries .
Process Optimization – Identify inefficiencies, implement  ERP solutions (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) , and drive automation.
Large-Scale Client Management & Audits – Ensure compliance with  big-box retailer requirements , vendor scorecards, and supply chain audits.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, finance, and operations to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Risk & Compliance Management – Develop strategies to prevent disruptions and ensure regulatory compliance.
5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement.
~ Proven ability to  build and lead supply chain functions in a fast-growing company.
~ Strong expertise in  ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) .
~ Analytical mindset with a  data-driven approach to optimization .
~ Passion for  efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement .

Alors que nous poursuivons notre croissance, nous avons besoin d'une personne ayant déjà géré avec succès des chaînes d'approvisionnement pour des  grands détaillants tels que  Costco, Walmart et d'autres comptes majeurs , en garantissant la conformité, l'efficacité opérationnelle et la gestion des audits.
Structurer et diriger les opérations de la chaîne d'approvisionnement – Développer et mettre en place un modèle évolutif pour accompagner la croissance de l'entreprise.
Gestion des achats et des fournisseurs – Négocier et gérer les relations fournisseurs pour garantir des matériaux de qualité à des coûts compétitifs.
Planification des stocks et de la demande – Anticiper la demande et optimiser les niveaux de stock pour assurer la disponibilité des produits en magasin et en e-commerce.
Logistique et distribution – Superviser l'entreposage, le transport et la livraison en veillant à respecter les délais et les coûts.
Optimisation des processus – Identifier les inefficacités, mettre en place des solutions ERP (SAP, NetSuite ou équivalent) et automatiser les processus.
Collaboration transversale – Travailler étroitement avec les équipes des ventes, de la finance et des opérations pour aligner la stratégie de la chaîne d'approvisionnement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, logistique ou achats.
Expérience avérée dans la  structuration et la gestion d'une chaîne d'approvisionnement au sein d'une entreprise en forte croissance.
Maîtrise des  systèmes ERP (SAP, NetSuite ou équivalent).
Forte capacité analytique avec une approche  orientée données et optimisation .
Compétences en  négociation, gestion des fournisseurs et contrôle des coûts .
Rôle à fort impact – Prenez en charge et structurez la chaîne d'approvisionnement d'une marque en pleine expansion.
Engagement pour la durabilité et la qualité – Travaillez sur des produits performants et durables.
