What does a great Sales Director do at Fiserv?

Your team will generate their own opportunities through assigned lead lists, networking, as well as in-market prospecting. Your team will have complete end-to-end ownership of the entire sales cycle. You will be responsible for planning and executing an outbound sales and marketing strategy, as well as coaching and managing the day-to-day sales efforts of your team.

 

What you will do:

·        Onboard, train, develop and performance manage a team of sales representatives.

·        Plan, develop, and execute an effective outbound sales and marketing strategy.

·        Provide thought leadership on industry insights and market trends. 

·        Coach the team to meet and exceed the organizations sales revenue targets, both monthly and annually. 

·        Help your team sell, propose, and negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential opportunities.

·        Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, with ongoing coaching and consistent follow up.

 

What you need to have:

·        Minimum 5 years sales experience and a minimum of 2 years management experience

·        Experience in merchant services and/or POS SaaS is required

·        Post-Secondary Education

·        Excellent and persuasive communication skills, both oral and written
