Our mission is to create a painless onboarding and implementation experience with world-leading software solutions. As a Solutions Consultant, your role is to become an important communicator with our clients to help them uncover business potential with many of the software solutions that we offer at Eligeo including SugarCRM, Creatio, Monday.com, and many other third-party tools. We make our client's business problems become a thing of the past with expert advice, consultation, and solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for working with our sales teams to provide estimates for quotes & proposals. Once those quotes and proposals are accepted you will be responsible for defining the solution and building the blueprint for our clients while collaborating with our professional services team to further define costing and time estimates to produce a project plan.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-sales activities including proof of concepts, demos, recommendations, and cost cost/time estimations with assistance from Professional Services / Sales team members.  
  • Assist with the creation of Statement of Work (SOW) documents for confirmed client projects.
  • Coordinate and lead subject matter expert interviews with clients.
  • Collecting and document high level functional / non-functional business requirements including As Is / To Be business process flow diagrams, use cases and user stories with tools such as Lucidchart, Figma, Miro, and other graphical tools.
  • Own the entire blueprint process for a client and provide feedback and expert advice.
  • Document technical solutions (including custom development if required) in close collaboration with Business Analysts, Implementation Managers and Developers.
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) Testing on developed solutions and work with Implementation Managers/Developers to resolve any issues.
  • Develop and manage project plans for clients within their blueprint projects.
  • Collaborating with implementation and support teams to ensure the blueprint matches the output of a project.
  • Maintain high level of technical knowledge and proficiency in Eligeo supported platforms and products and targeted industries.
  • Work will also include performing the duties of an implementation manager (configuration of solutions) as needed depending on resourcing requirements.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent experience required.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a project manager, business analyst or solution architect.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience with one of the following products: SugarCRM, Monday.com, Creatio including integration of 3rd part applications and data migration / integration.
  • Must have experience with graphing and diagramming tools such as Lucidchart, Visio or OmniGraffle.
  • Expert communicator and must be perfectly fluent in English both written and spoken and able to translate between business users and technical professionals.
  • Construction industry knowledge is an asset.


Work Location

  • Remote Position with some travel.
  • Must be based in Canada or USA (except for Quebec).
