Consultant/Senior Consultant Technical Risk Consulting

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant at Plative, you will be advising and implementing Salesforce solutions to our portfolio of clients. Candidates for this role should possess a deep knowledge of the Salesforce.You will act as a knowledgeable liaison with client executive stakeholders, uncover business requirements, develop technical strategies, and create effective solutions that address the client’s requirements. As part of the Plative Innovation Services team, you will be building out and executing a long-term innovation roadmap for our client’s Salesforce journey across multiple Salesforce products.
Liaise with clients on an ongoing basis, to maintain and develop the business relationship, ensure satisfaction with services provided, and identify opportunities for further growth
Lead discovery sessions with clients to gather business, functional and technical requirements
Run sessions with internal team members to deeply understand business requirements and perform business process analysis
Collaborate with internal team members to deliver quality work and raise project limitations and risks early
Configure and customize Salesforce.Manage and facilitate project delivery and build components as necessary.
Develop and contribute to data migration and/or system integration strategy
Lead and facilitate project management duties to drive the success of client engagements, following the Plative Innovate Services project methodology
3-5years Salesforce experience and within a consulting environment
~ Ability to be creative and develop new ideas or approaches for client issues.
~ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
~ Excellent client skills and customer relationship management skills
~ Sales, Service or Experience Cloud Consultant Certification
In-depth technical backend knowledge of the Salesforce platform
Proficiency with Salesforce Flows
Delivered numerous complex Salesforce projects
