This is a full-time hybrid role with 3 days per week working in Norwood’s office located in Barrie. Norwood is a well-established company with a strong brand and a dedicated, passionate customer base. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded digital marketing professional and must have at least 7 years’ experience. It would be great if they also love the DIY space.
With a strong technical understanding of digital marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will utilize their skills to research, plan, and execute the best-in-class marketing strategies. They will gain a deep understanding of Norwood’s products, target market and media outlets that will allow them to be successful within their role. Strengths in analytics and measurement of KPIs will also be key to success in this role.

HYBRID ROLE:
3 days per week in office.
REPORTS TO:
Head of Marketing
REQUIREMENTS OF ROLE:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing programs to drive a) web traffic for ecommerce sales, b) lead generation for outbound sales, and c) brand awareness building.
- Utilize and perform A/B testing alongside other testing methods to optimize conversion paths and user experiences.
- Oversee and implement budgets for digital advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Use composable Customer Data Platforms to build targeted audiences on social platforms.
- Track performance by optimizing KPI analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and report the effectiveness of traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to provide input on improving website and landing page performance to ensure optimal conversion rates.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communication.
- 7+ years of experience in strategic marketing and communication roles, with a focus on digital marketing including paid advertising, digital analytics, and website management.
- Well versed marketing manager seeking a new challenge to showcase their knowledge of the digital marketing world.
- A business-focused mindset that creates and implements new strategies to optimize lead generation, conversion rate, and brand awareness.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: motivated and determined to drive campaigns and advertisements for maximum return on investment.
- An understanding of the different analytical tools and techniques that will enhance campaign outcomes.
