**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of our company on Facebook and Google.
- Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting.
- Implement and analyze performance metrics to enhance the website's SEO ranking.
- Produce compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions, to improve SEO.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g., link-building).
- Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
- Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and major search engines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Proficient in using Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite).
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices.
- Demonstrable experience with SEO, content marketing, and copywriting.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
