Inventory Coordinator

Ensure effective management of warehouse stock and inventory.

Conduct periodic counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.

Coordinate receipts, shipments, and returns of goods.

Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to optimize stock levels.

Use and maintain the inventory management system.

Manage the booking of appointments for carriers.

Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and stock issues.

Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate persons.

Greet customers and direct them according to their needs.

Enter data related to inventory and warehouse operations.

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

File documents and records.

Perform other related duties as needed.

Good team spirit

Comfortable with physical work

Proficiency in French and English (oral & written)

Previous experience in inventory management or a similar position.

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
