Job Description: The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing project management and eager to lead in executing all elements within the strategy, such as envisioning, branding and positioning, analyzing market studies, generating leads, market activations . As the day-to-day contact for the client, this role will have the unique ability to add significant value when making marketing and project recommendations.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management & Strategic Thinking

  • Oversee all aspects of project management from initiation to completion within the assigned project portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Ace Leadership to design and implement strategic project plans.
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure project delivery and proactively resolve any issues.
  • Maintain detailed status and project reports, presenting updates to stakeholders regularly.
  • Estimate project timelines, effort, and costs for new opportunities.
  • Manage outside vendor teams for various project initiatives.
  • Gather and document completed project results, reporting successes and setbacks for continuous improvement.
  • Develop strategies to achieve project and organizational goals.
  • Analyze market and competition, identifying external threats and opportunities.
  • Adapt strategies to changing conditions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Leadership.
  • Travel is required.

Client Collaboration

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Present confidently in boardroom meetings with clients, providing updates and insights on project progress.

Team Leadership

  • Lead by example to manage project teams to success.
  • Oversee the workflow and output of team members assigned to client files.
  • Seek educational opportunities to improve skill sets and knowledge.
  • Represent Ace Project Marketing at networking events to develop relationships and promote business development.


Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, real estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • PMP certification is considered an asset.
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering successful project plans and concepts.
  • Advanced skills using the Google Business Suite and experience with Adobe Acrobat preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating team members.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Creative, flexible, and an innovative team player.
  • Vehicle or reliable transportation required.
