Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, project managers, and content authors, to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of AEM developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
  • Implement scalable and robust AEM solutions, including component development, template creation, and workflow management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM and integrated systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM features, updates, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of AEM solutions.
  • Support Project Manager and Development Manager to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure project tasks and deliverables are completed on time to achieve successful project completion.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an AEM developer, with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x and above.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • In-depth knowledge of AEM architecture, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and RESTful services.
  • Experience with AEM workflows, DAM, and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
