About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AEM Developer to join our team as a Digital Experience Expert. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and passion for digital experiences to drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, including hands-on experience with AEM 6.5. They will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and secure digital experiences using AEM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into effective digital solutions aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines and standards.
  • Implement design strategies to promote reusability and efficiency in AEM templates and components, supporting multi-site, multi-lingual, and multi-channel delivery needs.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams daily, working in an Onshore-Offshore model.
  • Serve as an Adobe AEM subject matter expert, providing technical leadership and influencing thinking.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills, with hands-on experience in AEM development.
  • Experience with Groovy scripts and OSGi services.
  • Good understanding of enterprise architecture and global implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with various AEM features, including touch UI components, editable templates, client libs, workflows, ACLs, and dispatcher configurations.
  • Experience with headless implementation using Adobe Content as a Service.
  • Hands-on experience with SAML integration, ACS common utilities, performance optimization, application security, and Adobe standards of development.
  • Familiarity with Bootstrap, Helios design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React framework.
  • Good to have experience with Akamai CDN, API gateway, and search integrations.
  • Proficient in Web service and RESTful Web services.
  • Knowledge of Soap/XML and JSON.
  • Hands-on experience with website development, web services, and API development.
  • Familiarity with Cloud manager and DevOps tools, such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, JIRA, and Ansible.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical decisions and guidelines.
