Field Medical Affairs Manager

Location: Remote (Canada)


The successful applicant will work for a leading global pharmaceutical company with a track record of releasing life-changing medication for individuals suffering from serious diseases. As this company aims to scale up in the US they are looking for an experienced individual to join the expansion on a contracted basis with the long-term view to go full-time.


The successful candidate will be an expert in the company's medicines working with the global development team. You will serve as a liaison for the client and stakeholders. You will be collaborating with oncology experts on the company’s specific products. You will present data in response to requests for information from a wide range of stakeholders.

You will be expected to have a good understanding of oncology as a therapeutic area.


Responsibilities:

Connect with medical experts to gather data on the therapeutic area

Develop and manage trials

Overview development of protocols and content proposals

Select vendors and CROS

Execute medical affairs strategies in liaison with clinical development

Find and fill gaps in research

Attend conferences to gain information and also present at said conferences



Requirements

MD, PhD, Pharm D required

2 years of relevant experience In pharma or biotech

French speaking
