You will work closely with property owners, developers, and prospective tenants to negotiate and close leasing deals, ensuring maximum occupancy and profitability. The ideal person for this role must have a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market in Western Canada specifically Alberta.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing
  • Knowledge of Western Canada commercial real estate market, including regional economic factors and property types.
  • Proven track record of success in leasing and business development.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and tenants.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing software (experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar software is a plus).
