Required Skills and Responsibilities:
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field-
•Proven experience as an IAM Solution Architect or similar role- In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices
•Experience with IAM tools and technologies such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, or similar
•Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to IAM
•Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
•Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business solutions
•Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, IAM certifications) are a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Define IAM architecture and roadmap based on business requirements and security standards
•Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions, including access management, identity governance, and multi-factor authentication
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop IAM strategies that align with organizational goals
•Conduct assessments of current IAM systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
•Provide guidance and expertise on IAM best practices, technologies, and industry trends
•Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of IAM solutions
•Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM-related matters and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
