Senior IAM Security Architect

Rubicon Path is seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Security Architect to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing identity and access management solutions that align with our business objectives and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design IAM solutions that meet security compliance and operational needs.
- Lead the implementation of IAM security solutions, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, authentication, authorization, and single sign-on.
- Assess risks related to identity and access management and implement controls to mitigate security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Ensure IAM solutions comply with relevant security standards and regulations.
- 3+ years of experience in IAM security architecture and implementation.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, authentication, authorization, and single sign-on.
- Experience with security compliance and regulatory requirements, such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
