We are looking for a Risk Consultant to support our High Net Worth business. The purpose of this role is to triage and manage enquiries and proactively identify problems to support ARMS and our business partners.

What you'll do

  • Support the delivery of risk review, risk identification and quality assurance processes and workflows.
  • Produce underwriting and client reports while ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Assist in technical enhancement of submission material used by ARMS. Support quality assurance processes and field risk consultants.
  • QA/QC client reports provided to underwriting.
  • Provide technical capacity for data analysis and related outputs.
  • General administrative support of in-house risk and valuation services on a day to day.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in residential risk management or underwriting.
  • Demonstrated competency in the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Efficient in producing reports from various data platforms.
  • CIP/CRM, either completed or in progress is desirable.
  • Strong technical skillset, ability to navigate a variety of IT systems.
  • Ability to develop and maintain internal/external relationships, communicate successfully.
  • Analytical skills- ability to identify and mitigate adverse trends.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and is passionate about delivering outputs to meet the needs of our customers
  • Valid driver’s license (some travel may be required).
