We are hiring for Commercial Lines Insurance Brokers to join an international brokerage 🌍 with offices in Montreal.


Context:


Montreal is one of their most thriving offices globally. Given their growth, we are recruiting for multiple Commercial lines positions across their small and mid-market department as well as their corporate division (over $1 million in premium per account).


We are not hiring any broker here Although this is an international brand, they have thrived to maintain their family environment. We are looking for people who want to be part and contribute to such an environment.

Responsibilities - Commercial Insurance Broker


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Assess clients' insurance needs and provide expert advice on appropriate coverage options.
  • Negotiate terms with underwriters to secure the best possible coverage for clients.
  • Manage policy renewals, ensuring that all client information is up-to-date and accurate.


Requirements – Commercial Insurance Broker


  • AMF license
  • Care: we are looking for people who care about their team and clients and are determined to provide the best service.
  • Curiosity: people who are genuinely interested in their clients’ business and processes will score bonus point for this role
